Laser Machining
The core competency of our firm. We have developed specific programming methodologies that enable us to efficiently cut designs that our competition cannot process. Additionally, we use purposed built pulsed YAG lasers for cutting the many varieties of tubing that we process. Whether your design is an intricate, tight tolerance, fragile part or a tube with a few features with wide tolerances, you can be assured we can make the part at a cost effective price in prototype to production quantities.

Laser Welding
In addition to cutting parts we can also provide welding services. Our in house laser welding capabilities provide an ideal method of joining similar and dissimilar metals.
Electrochemical Micromachining
A unique deburring and polishing technology for precision burr removal and surface polishing.
Additionally, we work with our supply chain partners to provide our customers with center-less grinding and electro-polishing services in an effort to provide true turnkey outsourced solutions.
